Rocksteady Studios Overlook Rocksteady Studios is a united kingdom based company that has been getting a lot of respect ever since they started the Batman Arkham series. With only 164 workers and have made 5 games since they were founded in 2004 by Sefton Hill, Jamie Walker & James Simon Williams. Rocksteady used to be owned by Square Enix a long time ago but is more known to be owned by Warner Brothers Interactive Entertainment. Warner Brothers would purchase it in 2010 but, Square Enix Europe (formerly Eidos Interactive) still holds 25.1 percent share of Rocksteady. In 2006 they would release their first game ” Urban Chaos: Riot Response” A first-person shooter which released on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. Rocksteady first ever release only got average ratings from critics and gamers around the world. In 2009 it would be the year that it changed everything for Rocksteady Studios.
