Is The Playstation Classic Worth It?




From the moment the Playstation Classic was revealed we have seen many mixed opinions. Ranging from " How can they just choose 20 games?" to " Just buy a PS1 and spend less money". Both are fair points to this system and the real question is  if the Playstation Classic is worth the price or should ou just buy a PS1. 

The Playstation came out in 1994 and really changed the world of video games and will always have that great nostalgic factor with its long list of great releases. The Playstation Classic will try to mimic that success but is it even possible?

If you buy the Playstation Classic you will get the following

A few gems will be here but it is also missing some games that made the PlayStation the go to system of the 90s. The PlayStation Classic is set to come out December 3rd at a steep price for $99.99 which the price has already turned off some potential buyers.

So now that we have established that is the PlayStation Classic Worth it? My answer is no as you are just better off buying a PlayStation and buying the games you want and you will still spend less than the 100 dollar price this is set at. The PlayStation Classic will be a good collectors item but by February of 2019 no one will even be talking about it.

My Experience With MLB The Show 19

As a sports enthusiast, I always get excited when the release of a new sport comes out. MLB The Show is the first sports video game release of the year, I spent 3 days with the game and have tried every mode that the game offers. This is not a review of the game just an everyday normal guy having an experience. After the game finished downloaded ( which takes forever these days), I went through the typical tutorials which have not changed from last year. Finished that and got my settings and controller figured out so I jump into an exhibition, as a Cubs fan I choose them and face off against the defending champs the Boston Red Sox. The gameplay has changed a small bit to a point where you feel the changes but until hour 6 I couldn’t tell you what those improvements were. The fielding felt smoother, The batting stances were way more accurate than they have been in recent years.
